Yes, just one of many symptoms...

I seem to get palpitations on the downside of a panic attack, I think the adrenaline drop causes it.

But very common with anxiety disorder

ALL THE TIME. I know anxiety makes my heart beats faster that's why I dont bother to check on it anymore.

My BP's normal too. Just had it checked a few days ago. BPM - beats per minute :) Mine is 85 to 90 when my anxiety attacks. Yours?

I think mine is around the same... although I feel like my aniexty is constantly

Oh, same same. That's why I STOPPED checking it. ;) As long as it's not more than 100, you are fine. If it gets over, check for the side effects of your medications- if you are on it.

Yup. I know that when I am about to count mine, the beats get faster. It's like it's anticipating my move. LOL. That's why I dont do it anymore. :) When I was panicking days ago ( you'd see on my profile) my pulse rate was over 90. I told myself that it's still normal.

Yes. Mine have been happening since I was 16/17 years old. I'm 39 now. :) At some point, you just start realizing they only have the power that you give them and they stop really bothering you anymore. That being said, I encourage you to speak with your doctor and have testing done to be absolutely sure. Getting the reassurance that you have a healthy heart is more calming and helpful than anything.

Yes. I thought it was the anxiety meds, but after two months on them I still get heart palpitations when I am over stressed. My opinion ( only my opinion) is that they are harmless, but I get why they are unsettling. I've had every heart test ( some twice) and all were negative. Hope this helps.

Oh yes, so bad that I have had 3 different heart catheterization in the last 20 yrs. Cardio docs say that I present with the symptoms so indicative of a heart issue, that just to be safe they wanted to do the whole cardio work up. Absolutely nothing has ever been found to be wrong! One of the cardiologist told me he would swop hearts with me.

So knowing this you would think that my anxiety and panic would subside and not worry me anymore...wrong !...I can fall right back into that pit of panic attack misery at anytime...this is a very real and debilitating disorder..
