Put some meditation music from youtube and use deep breaths.
For me when I am feeling anxious in bed, I turn on my light and get up out of bed. I like to do things that can slow my anxious thoughts. I find for me that included listening to music or positive affirmations (with headphones on because I have a roommate and don’t want to wake her) watch a funny TV show, or sometimes writing down my thoughts help to. Sometimes I try and figure out what is causing the anxiety. Like if I have to go somewhere in the morning where I have never been. So then I get online and then look up the destination so I can see how to get there.
