I think I have been wrestling with tension headaches for a few years. Amitriptyline has helped. Been acting up again lately. Does anyone else feel like they can't see/focus your vision sometimes, particularly when having head pressure?

I get this all the time. It does scare me most times but then it passes. I have had me eyes checked out and the doctor said everything was fine so I assumed its the anxiety or blood pressure.
