These last two days I’ve felt awful, I’ll feel fine during the day but when I get up and start moving around I feel very confused and foggy. Like exhausted for no reason what so ever. When I’m laying down I’m fine. Is this normal with anxiety? Even with no panic attack or anything? I haven’t been consistently taking my medicine again. But these aren’t withdrawal symptoms to my medicine (I take Buspar) so what could it be? Should I be worried ?

Morning yes anxiety without panic I have it everyday it's like restless inside and I taken only Xanax and still the anxiety is there not a nice feeling
