I completely understand and can relate! My left calf muscle has been in pain/super tight for weeks if not months. My left foot also sometimes feels like it’s vibrating. I’ve had several ultrasounds done to look for clots and they’ve always been negative. Idk what it is but it just feels like I cannot stretch my calf. I am obese so that could play a part into my problem.

What kind of pain is it when you feel it in your calf?

Could be a pinched nerve...or laying the wrong way...or a back problem. Could also be a symptom of anxiety.
