Feet tingling

Can severe anxiety cause tingling feet like both of them are tingling at the same time?

Yes it certainly does mine got so bad I had to get it checked out.. it subsided when I calmed down

Like a vibration that rushes down both feet? Then if so, Yes

My feet and hands would tingle. Im actually in the process of getting bloodwork done just to rule out anything else besides my anxiety. My doc thinks if anything I have a vitamin deficiency. We shall see

symptoms of deficiencies in B12 and folate can include both anxiety and neurological symptoms. .... and a lot of other things

Oh yeah just recently. I went to my gp because its very new to me, tingling and numbness also in the left arm and fingers simetimes my toes are numb. I just had some cervical spine and brain mri it came back normal..i got bloodtests done all came normal..my doctor and neuro thinks it might be my anxiety and migraine playing up because i have painful tingling in my head too..now i have stomachache and dull pain on my left arm and sometimes i get cramps on my left arm.. i dnt know if anyone feels what im feeling
