Hi Guys!

Anybody else get the body tingles especially in the face? These are really annoying. I also can't get rid of this dizziness. Just wanted to know about others experiencing this and how they dealt with it.

Thanks!

I've been dealing with these symptoms too. :( I just try to tell myself it's my anxiety and I'm causing it. And try to keep busy because otherwise it gets worse just sitting and thinking about it. Let me know if you figure anything else out cuz I could use help too!! Good luck :/ sorry I'm not much help.

I sure do! Every single solitary day. I'm just learning to live with it this week I have some added things with fibromyalgia muscle pain etc. etc.

Yep I get this. Sometimes it's dizziness, sometimes its a full on woozy feeling then other times it's like I can't even think and I find it hard to concentrate and even walk. I get lots of face tingly and also weird vision

I had dizziness but it went away when I stopped worrying. Almost instantly, within a day or so. I still get it from time to time but they are much shorter and infrequent.

I have balance issues everyday but can usually get on with things. This week I'm struggling and yesterday I couldn't walk my dogs I was so off-balanced and dizzy. Today no better and about to cancel a dinner out with friends I have tonight. My energy is low. Dreading next few days with all going on. I don't deal with this time of year very well. My daughter and grandchildren live with me, which is lovely, but i just want to sit/lie somewhere and not do anything. I have parents in their 90s and they need support too. I'm justfeeling overwhelmed!

Hi all. I'm feeling the same. I constantly feel off balance. It's wierd, i feel off balance mentally but can walk a straight line physically.. certain movements i feel dizzy for a second and it scares me. I get wierd head sensations too. Like elevator dropping sensation in head and chest out of nowhere. What is this?????? Should i be concerned?

I get EXACT same symptoms. I used to get the elevator feelings all the time but not so much lately. Now it's dizzy weird attacks that come from nowhere. Hard to explain but can feel like my brain is floating in water bobbing along and I feel like I might faint

hi,I've been getting these like butterfly feeling in my stomach then a cold flash through me ,it only lasts for a few seconds but then I start worrying what's wrong

I have been dizzy for about 4 yrs and I may have figured out my problem. Everybody google a forum called dizzy times, it's for people like us. I have been to every doctor and had about every test. I did see a forum about people who still had their wisdom tooth which was giving them problems but I think many people have this issue, so I want everybody to look this up:

Google for the following:

Sternocleidomastoid syndrome - (Causes dizziness, ringing ears, head aches, disorientation)

Levator scapulae syndrome - (Headaches and "head pressure")

Also, please read "Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction

People don't relize what the mucles in the neck can do to you. I hope this info can help everybody or somebody.

I think mine is related to neck/shoulder tension. When I feel unbalanced, I tense my back and legs. Whole body eventually becomes tense, including my jaw. i don't experience pain, as such, but I feel it across my nose and eyes seems tense, too.

Hi I've been getting fave tingles for the last few years, they first put it down to a certain migraine, now I've stated getting it in on my head and around my knees they said it could be one of the effect of fibro and my HMS which makes more sense, I've stated walking a lot as its less uncomfortable when I'm active and my mins occupied, I don't think there is anyone way to Del with this I'm afraid good luck and have a good Christmas and new year x

Wow this is great I didn't think so many suffered the EXACT same symptoms as I did since anxiety can be so different from each individual. If I could get past the dizziness and head feelings I would feel alot better I think. I have noticed that when I work out (even when dizzy) that eventually after a few days the symptoms will begin to subside somewhat. Also when you eat it will help with the symptoms. I appreciate all the responses!
