Tingling numb

So since Christmas I have been getting like thing tingling feeling in my head it went away the. Like 2 days later my arms and legs have been falling asleep at night I can't sleep my shoulder and neck hurt I get leg cramps does anyone ever have these crazy things or is it just me

I'm 25?and had blood test done recently and all was good

Yes i get this ive had blood test, scans, mri , physio and chiropractor and they all say its anxiety as my muscles are so tense, i also get it in my face and tongue. I use heat pads for relief

That's weird that u said u use heating pads to relief it because that's what I been using lol and a heating blanket thank u for responding it means a lot to me

I get those symptoms but I'm in my teens. I haven't had a blood test because I'm petrified of going to the doctors. I get a numb feeling in my foot but I can still move it

I can still move my feet as well it's just a pins and needle feeling but if I where u I'd get tear done to rule it out. Do u have aniexty ?

Yes it probably just aniexty because I myself have really bad healthy aniexty but u should still get it checked out to ease ur mind
