Every single day I feel in physical pain. Whether that be pain in my neck, shoulders, stomach, chest. I then get bombarded with a whole array of automatic negative thoughts that tell me I’m sick, that tell me I’m doing to die, that tell me there is something seriously wrong with me this time.
Anyone any experience with dealing with the real physical aches and pains and automatic negative thoughts?

Everyday of my life actually. Back and forth to the doctors to be told the same thing. The physical pain is likely coming from negative discomfort(stress, anxiety) the negative thoughts are likely there on their own, then get stronger/ overwhelming when u notice the physical pain. I would recommend getting to the root cause of reasons why you could be struggling mentally and that should In Turn help your pain. I’m in the same boat but just take each day as it comes!
