Lump in throat

Does anyone else experience this? A lump in the throat that just won’t go away. Even if you swallow, it may go for a few seconds but then it reappears again. So uncomfortable and unpleasant.

It might be a tension lump - my mum and brother get them when they’re anxious. It can be a problem in that you get used to thinking it’s anxiety related, when it might be something else. I’d get an ultrasound just to be sure.

Yes. I have this. Sometimes all day long. Sort of feels like a slight palpitation to me. Very bothersome. Wish i can tell you Why or what it is.

Globus sensation in all likelihood....breathing, swallowing, gulping...all the fun stuff feels awkward. Usually from stress, anxiety, panic, and so on. I used to get it horribly with acid reflux. Obviously if you have any concerns or potentially swallowed something that could have lodged up, definitely get some medical care, but it's pretty common with anxiety.
