Does anyone ever get lightheaded or dizzy sometimes like you feel like your spinning or something????

Yes I’ve been feeling off balance not quite dizzy to make me feel sick or anything just that rocking on a boat feeling ... so you are not alone.

I've been experiencing this recently, random dizzy spells where i feel light headed and unsteady on my feet too.

It only lasts momentarily thankfully, I get a woozy feeling like i might fall then steady myself or take a few minutes to sit down and breathe. I'd like to say it's just a phase but i couldn't say for sure if it will ever go away. Perhaps not whilst i'm still taking Sertraline.
