Another bad morning and wondering how I'm going to cope

This mornings a bad one again, the nausea doesn't even make me feel a little sick I feel like awful sick, another morning of waking up crying my eyes out. My family don't understand and don't listen when I explain my symptoms. can't do this anymore :( :(

Awww I'm so sorry! I have felt like you before- have you had bad experiences regarding situations that have caused your anxiety? I promise things do get better...are you on medication?

I've had things happen a few years back, see I don't particularly feel stressed or anything I'm just getting all the anxieyu symptoms everyday and ugh !

Try the over the counter nausea liquid. It's harmless, mostly sugar but it has helped calm my nausea. You can also get ginger chews online or stores which settle the stomach. Hope this helps at least with the nausea. Warm milk with cinnamon is also calming

Ginger of any kind really helps nausea; ginger teas, ginger candies, ginger ale, etc. If you are not on any medication, it may be something to consider. I am on medication for the time being until I get past this episode. I say episode because I've had it before, got through it and had no problems with anxiety or depression for 16 years. I've had a relapse, but I know that it will pass. Actually, it is passing. I am not as anxious as I was 3 months ago. I can drive, do things around the house, go to work part-time, etc. I am not past it yet, nor where I want to be, but there is improvement. So please, talk to your doctor and/or a mental health professional. Blessings upon you.
