The doctor put my niece on lexapro and it made her feel bad as well. She went back and they took her off of it and she felt better. It's trial and error which stinks, but you might want to call your doctor.

I started taking it at nite..but feel lousy..wake up feeling heart is racing..and blood pressure is up..my doc told me to let him know by Monday if i want to try something new...i am not sure if anything would be better..i am more concerned with blood pressure..also started taking another 5mg of olmesartan 4 hrs before the 5 mg of generic lexapro but blood pressure next morning was 133..92
