So I get really bad anxiety, I've been to the hospital a few times thinking it was a heart attack and thank god it wasn't. Getting anxiety is really scary when it's happening. It's like something is taking over your body and you can't control it but you can. That's the thing that you have to remember is that it is controllable. It's in our minds to control our nerves and how they're reacting to whatever it is that's giving us anxiety. Think of anxiety as the devil that's trying to trick you into believing you're weak and powerless. Our minds are extremely powerful more than we will ever know. Personally I get anxiety from stress, from a person in my life that's somewhat crazy lol, from sometimes feeling lonely and alone. My biggest problem in my life is the negative thoughts that overwhelm my head. I've been in a battle with those thoughts for years. Those negative thoughts stem from my childhood and then other people in my life. I'm still trying to fight those thoughts on a daily basis. Sometimes it works to tell my self that it'll be ok and I'm not alone and sometimes it doesn't work but what's important that I keep telling myself that. I take CBD gummies to calm my nerves which absolutely really help. I also take Viscum and PSY-stabil that I got from a homeopathic doctor that stabilize your mood so you're not stressed. I believe you can buy them online. They're a bit pricey but so worth it. They are completely natural so no side affects. When an episode of anxiety does happen I tell myself that it'll go away, I'm fine, everything is fine, this will soon pass, I am fine and this will go away. I try to ignore what's going on instead of focusing on it. I get up and start cleaning, organizing, just moving and it really helps. Yoga stretches also help a lot and breathing techniques for anxiety. I highly recommend Austin Goh, he has videos on anxiety relief and other ailments. His techniques work. The video title is:
