Hi. Don't really know what to write on here . I suffer from PTSD, OCD depression, anxiety,chronic pain for long time . I'm tired with my illiness. Tired of fighting.

I feel your pain sweety are you on medication? Do you have someone to talk to about how you are feeling .. please dont let the negative thoughts win we need to take control over our minds it's hard but we need to try
