Zoloft update

So last night I got health anxiety again (fear I’m crazy or going crazy), and calmed myself down naturally. Not fun. But I managed.

Later that night, I snapped at my boyfriend, which has happened a few times since staring Sertraline.. like my temper got so short. He was aware enough to know it was probably the medication and we worked it out but, shit.. not a fan.

Woke up at 1am feeling like my throat was closing..?? It wasn’t, but it freaked me out and sent me into panic. It might have been nothing but I wasn’t even anxious and it was like I was hyperventilating or something. My boyfriend calmed me down and it stopped when I realized I could breathe.

What a friggen night. I’m so done with Zoloft. I know people have different experiences but this just didn’t make me feel good.

Do you feel that need to constantly move your legs like I can’t stop or focus todsy

I do. I was so dizzy earlier but stretching out reaaaally helped. Restlessness is common ❤️ Focus problems are, too!
