Help please, chest pain

So at first I thought i had heartburn but now I dunno. Last night it started hurting around 10ish and now its 5 am. Its hurting in between my breasts. The pain gets worse when I stand up or walk. Im so scared please help

Does it hurt to breathe? Like someone is sitting on your chest? If so I have the same symptoms and it happens every once in awhile and I googled my symptoms and it was a severe panic attack and I get them when something triggers my anxiety and it usually last awhile and sometimes I get something else like (tmi) has build up and it hurts like hell and I can’t walk, bend over or anything it hurts so bad and if it ain’t that and you feel off please go in to be seen, to be your age and have chest problems ain’t right.

Its hurting a bit when i stand or wall. My nose is also blocked up. Also icdid have a rough stressful day yesterday

Since it’s been like that from 10ish to 5 I’d go to the ER to be checked just to ease your mind and so you know what you can take because a heartburn would done went away
