hello everyone can cold sores affect inside your mouth like your tonge ect ☹️ or could it be my anxiety playing up ☹️ xx

I found a real trick to cold soars. Number one eat garlic regularly. Boil ginger root and make tea. More lemon in life. And donot share anything with anyone. That means anyone. Don’t show your hands on lips or face. I noticed, knock on wood, my cold soars don’t come anymore. Like once in a while. I use to get them every month or so. It was horrible.

What you've described sounds like 'thrush.' I get it periodically because my immune system is too low. The doctor prescribes a mouth wash/rinse which handles it in a few days.
