Oh Saz12345, I don't think that but then again I've had it for years. I use heat for relief, meditation, deep breathing, in rare cases a pain patch.

Oh Saz,

Believe just about everyone has back and neck stiffness, aches and wish they could have a hot stone and deep muscle massage every week. Just part of the makeup of humans walking upright. (We really aren't built to do that at all) And store the high heels for awhile if you wear them.

Don't worry that you have something serious as a tumor.

I know you have a tough health anxiety to deal with, and you have posted 30 times in four months worried that you might have serious health issues about different areas of your body. Are you seeking help from a therapist about your health anxiety and how to overcome it? Forgive me if you are, and I overlooked that, Really would like you to enjoy the life your healthy body can give you, and not worry quite so much that it is failing you. :)

I know, I know....our brains are so sophisticated that they try to find something that maybe our bodies can do to make us upset, even if there is nothing wrong with our bodies. And our hearts are very important, so sometimes I believe the brain says, "well this anxiety is pretty big, and that heart is pretty important, so I'll just pretend that pretty important heart needs help."

Don't know what medication is being planned.....hopefully, something to calm your anxiety so can get an even bearing on what's really going on......and that it is not your heart.

Thabkyou for that I have now had a sickly feel for 2 days as well as if am going to be sick with dizzyness can't cope with all this at all want to feel normal

in reply toSaz12345

I know, I know....the rough days just are miserable. try to focus on doing just one thing at a time for only 15 minutes. Then something else for 15 minutes, and so on. Hope your medication will be giving you some relief, but can take a few days to work. You are normal, but have an illness that needs to be controlled, and that's the hard part. Been there, done that. My hard days sometimes just want me to throw my hands up in the air and scream.....but afraid the neighbors would be calling for the paramedics.

Me too! I've had every scan and cleared by everyone including cardiologist. I now see a physical therapist and do dry needling and massage to release the knots I've formed. I also get random shooting pains in back, chest and ribs as well as left shoulder tightness. So much fun to always think it the heart :/

I always think the worst too but it's a real common place for soreness with stress and anxiety. I can't afford massage so I take long hot baths, do neck stretches a d heat. It helps some but sure has been acting up lately.

I have an arsenal in the corner of my bedroom....rollers, vibrating things, weights to hold to stretch out, latex bands, tennis balls... my husband thinks I'm crazy! Lol oh and hot baths nightly....

I had the same exact thing with constant headaches, I have a great chiropractor, He did crack my neck twice and my symptoms did get a little worse at first but he listened to me and switched to doing muscle work and other pain relief methods, My neck and shoulder and back are so much better now,

in reply tonoemikahle

Very glad you don't allow anyone to"crack" anything connected to your back or neck....a few of my clients ended up needing neurosurgery due to damage caused by that. Deep muscle massage, stretching, heat, etc, are much safer methods. :)

All the time; the shoulders, neck, and back is where I carry all of my stress. I remedy this by practicing Ancient Pranayama breathing techniques. Search for videos on you tube and practice it 3 times a day for 15 minutes. Practice this and you will see huge changes with your stress, health, and overall wellbeing.
