Stress and how to deal with it. It worked for me so give it a try. I bought a tin of 72 Derwent colouring pencils and every time I finish colouring in I take it to be coated in plastic and give them away as table mats. But the enjoyment out of colouring in, honestly you forget all your problems that cause stress..

At work, having a tremendously stressful night currently....Amazon can work miracles...I need this and some crayons delivered via drone....free through Prime, plz. Lol. I'll have to try this, thanks for the tip
