They are pretty accurate. What are you doing when sitting? Working? Does work contribute to your anxiety?
Well no even if I'm reading all of a sudden I see its 200 or 170 150 so I don't know if its accurate
If it's showing 200 and you don't feel your heart racing there's definitely something odd going on with the watch. I've found mine to be very very accurate. Also - you can have an anxiety wave just sitting there. They do happen for no reason and they do increase the heart rate.
Hmm a bit worried trying to add another photo wont let. It went up to 209 on day
Did you feel it physically? With a heart rate at 200 you should notice a 'racing', either by checking our pulse manually or just feeling it in your chest. According to Dr. Claire Weekes, though, the heart is much stronger than we understand and can beat at 200bpm for a long time with no problems.
So weird as it goes up and down. I changed the pic can you see ?
Yes, I see the new pic. Do you remember what was going on Mar. 4th at 10:30P? Because the rest of your readings are fairly consistent I think there's some anomaly on those two days with high readings.
Wait - there's also something odd about the fact that on the same day at the same time it's showing so many different readings. Is that image off of the health app on the iPhone?
Yes it is. I get them daily and once a day there is this
Well it doesn't make sense that there would be so many different readings at exactly the same time. Can you take some comfort that if your heart was beating that fast you'd certainly feel it?
Lol no I'm worried
Well darn. I'd hoped to offer some help there. You can always go into the emergency room and get checked to remove the doubts you're having. I've done it many many times!
Yeah I did too its just hubby has anxiety and I don't want to worry and stress him
Then do it calmly? (wink) I'm hoping that you'll be less worried by the morning. (It's nighttime here in Los Angeles, I don't know where you are.)
