So my eye started twitching a couple hours ago but it hasn’t stopped since. I’m 19, no health issues that ik of. I’ve had blood work done recently - everything was normal. But it happens pretty frequently, just not thus long. And my side of my cheek will sometimes feel like it’s “asleep”, idk if I’m being over dramatic of it I should be concerned.

I would have it checked out since those are both related to your nervous system. Are you having a lot of anxiety during the times , with a panic attack for example its common to experience tingling and numbness it different parts of the body.
Eye twitches are very common and harmless. You could be straining your eyes from computer time or simple anxiety symptoms. But don’t worry about them as I’m sure everyone here gets them from time to time.
Apple cider vinegar for eye twitches. Google it
Hiya! I get eye twitches from not enough sleep, or too much screen use or I strained my eyes (like squinting in the sun). I can also get it as an anxiety symptom. It's pretty common.
