Odd rushing pressure in head

Hello friends.

I’m curious if anyone else has ever experienced this....

To me, it comes on randomly and it almost feels like someone is turning a faucet on in my brain there’s a rushing pressure that comes towards the front of my face and I almost have to squint or completely shut my eyes until it passes . It doesn’t hurt but it’s uncontrollable and it makes me feel uncomfortable because obviously I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve tried googling it and haven’t ever really found definitive answers , or exclamations but that I should probably make an appointment to get an MRI with the doctor to make sure I don’t have some massive tumor or something oh you now only good news online 🤦‍♀️Anyways thanks for any feedback

Hi, i haven't experienced this but if you are concerned go see your Dr for reassurance. Anxiety comes out in so many physical disguises so hopefully it's that & you can learn to manage it.
