Yes the last couple days not been great ! Feels like someone sitting top my head !

Its only been today i got headache . But i have been very stressed last few days ! I can feel it in my neck and shoulders aswell x

Get a nice bath and try to relax and take some you time and make sure you have painkillers regularly hoping you feel better soon x

Yes, mine can last days. Once I had an on and off one for 5 days.
