Hello: I had a very negative experience occur about a year ago. I cannot stop ruminating about it and it has caused me great anxiety, stress and sleep deprivation. I have tried Zoloft and lexapro and none of these háve helped calm my mind. Would anyone know what the best drug for rumination is? I need to tame these racing thoughts. thanks,..

I’m not sure about meds but therapy is great for rumination. They help break the cycle of negative thoughts. It might be worth a try?
