Hey all. I’m Michaela, I’m 26 years old single mum to my beautiful 5 year old daughter who keeps me going regardless of how I feel. I have been suffering with anxiety depression and ptsd for the last 6 years. I’m a very talkative person. Who is willing to help others as well as seek help and advice too.

It sounds like you are a good mother who loves her 5 yr old daughter.

I was wondering have you talked to any trained professional regarding your anxiety depression and ptsd? and are you taking any medication? I have found out that it does help.
