Are you getting enough potassium? Pain could be because of that.

But better safe than sorry!

Anxiety can cause all sorts of muscular aches so chances are its to do with that. The thing about anxiety is that you feel one pain and then your mind elaborates on it and makes it into a big deal. When you get these feelings just try and relax and stay calm (easier said than done) but just think to your self "we've been here before and it was ok last time".

I'd see a doctor just to rule out it being heart-related. Hopefully just anxiety symptoms..... I deal with super high anxiety too, I feel for you. Prayers that you start feeling better.

Hi yep I suffer those same symptoms it can be really scary, but if u have had tests done ,think its all down to anxiety, which in itself is terrible! Try meditation there are some good sites out there that can help bring a little peace if just for a time! Namaste!

Hi, Download this Apps relaxationmeditationtimer.f...

When I get these problems I select this App, select the music I like, set it for 30mins, shut the curtains, sit in my comfi chair and relax, it works for me not to say it works for everyone but worth a try.. Good luck
