Magnesium?
Hi,
I have suffered with depression all my life and heard, many years ago, that a local psychiatrist recommended taking magnesium.
I take it along with my anti depressant and feel sure it helps without the usual side effects.
I don’t take it specifically for anxiety but the principle of how it works is the same. Magnesium has long been known for its calming properties on the nervous system, and it is also used to relax tight or overworked muscles.
magnesium citrate or magnesium glycinate are best or natural vitality CALM
I take magnesium glicinate. Didn't take them for about a week and I could feel myself getting anxious again. So started taking them again feel much calmer again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has anxiety gives you more confidence and more happy.
Another member posted the article below and he swears by magnesium glycinate, so I did some research and came across 300 mg magnesium glycinate supplements by NaturaLife Labs on Amazon. I ordered some to be delivered tomorrow.
Drs best it's called got it off eBay think you can get it off amazon as well.
