In the past few weeks I keep checking myself for allergy signs. I feel very fragile that I may break something get an allergy cause from the air. I even get a red spot and I freak out and in a few seconds it’s gone. I try telling to myself is nothing but sometimes it gets me.

you can get this sorted by talking to a good therapist.

I have a similar thing, I panic about being ill. Whenever I start to panic, I do breathing exercises to calm my heart rate. Then I logically go through the reasons why it's not possible for it to be something wrong. Although it doesn't solve the problem, only therapy would, in the moment of panic, it does help me calm down. I hope this helps.
