i too have this problem with my lower back issues and hip bursitis along with anxiety and depression as well. we have to face tolerate and endure for the sake of our mental health.

Yeah, sorry for your causes. The only thing we can do is be strong, it's the only option.

What is hip bursitis?

It’s painful, various causes. I’m stuck with mine but can improve it every so often with heat treatment and I always use wedge cushions in my car as “ bucket “ seats can be part of the problem.

Sorry to hear that, it's okay

I can only sleep on my left side due to various aches, mishaps etc. You could try in your mind to take yourself off somewhere, some place you would like to be. I usually choose the seaside. It’s always quiet. the water is warm so I can feel the warmth whilst I paddle. I’m close to somewhere to stay for the night, so no worries there. Occasionally I visit a garden, walking barefoot on the grass. Or I may plan a room in my dream house. I also do a few minutes of some deep breathing which helps.

We can all use a seaside right now, the sun helps in some ways

I tend to avoid the sun. And in my mind, I only go to my seaside place when the sun is hiding behind a cloud.

It's good for Vitamin d, it may help your hip

Thanx but I take vitamin D3 tablets for my bones etc. my face can react badly to the sun so that’s why I tend to avoid it.

Oh, I see. I'm glad you're keeping up on vitamins
