Hi,I have the same awful problem,I often end up on the internet or looking for things to do around the house.Either way,it is very frustrating but I just try to get on with something,not easy but often little choice,take care.
how do you manage the exhaustion . I find it hard to get on with things.
I know,it is hard,i had a bad night,went to bed three times,finally got to sleep after 2am,awake at 5 anxiety building up don't know why.Tired now but have to get my son up for school soon.My mind is asking the question,what is wrong with me,you just got to fight it all the time.Sometimes,medication is the only answer,im against it generally but what do you do if you cant deal with it without.Its not a sign of weakness,its why medication is there,you just have to keep looking for the answer,whatever works for you,take care.
hi, i watch crap films. i too have had enough of living in twilight. if i keep this up ill sleep the summer away. i had another waker and have yet to sleep. zopiclone has not worked at all. im doing housework at night. my life is not only upside down but back to front as well lol. xxx take care and sleep when you can, day or night.
Hi yes like cookie says love we all find it hard to get a good nights sleep love and i too tend to flick through here to see if others are awake watch crap on tv just try and get some sleep here and there when you can love good luck we all sympathise with you xxxx
I wonder whether you've visited your GP? If you don't oppose medication on principle, why not make an appointment and say you simply can't sleep and need some help? I have Zopiclone which guarantees me a night's sleep. It will give you enough space to get a good night time routine going.
