Ever since I started my .50 Zoloft and .25 Xanax daily a month ago I’ve been feeling a bit better as the days pass. I’m still feeling a lot of dizziness and shortness of breath especially when I walk really long distances. Sometimes I also notice my heartbeat in my stomach and everywhere else. Do I give it more time or should I get a higher dose of Zoloft? The negative thoughts of is this really anxiety are creeping back in for the first time in a month.

For those who haven’t seen my posts over the summer I had 4 doctors tell me it’s anxiety.
