Dizzy...

So...Back on December 24th, 2017 I woke up around 8AM with my FIRST ever Vertigo attack. Went to the ER....Dizziness subsided after about 3 hours...Had some residual dizziness but the spinning went away. Fast forward to today...9/20/2018...still dizzy. No spinning but I always feel like my balance is off and I feel lightheaded a lot. I've had blood tests & CT scans...all came back normal. I have MAJOR anxiety..panic disorder..all that. I also have high blood pressure. I'm 5'6...weight around 165...27 years old. Not gonna lie....not a very healthy eater at all, clearly....but...im so concerned and so scared that there is something wrong with me. WHAT DO I DO!? DIZZINESS WILL NOT GO AWAY!!!! HELP!!!!

Is it possible that your BP medication is at too high of a dosage and causing your BP to dip too low?

I am not on blood pressure medication

I have seen many people who say if the vertigo is caused by the ears it can take weeks and sometimes even months to go away. I hope yours goes soon.
