I was feeling fine and then suddenly sensed that my vision was a little blurry and I was a little dizzy. It’s been a pretty good week for me but it’s frustrating when my mind goes directly to the what if‘s as we all know! We’ve had some sickness in our house since Thanksgiving and this is most likely something viral . I just wish there was an easy way to fix the wandering mind so anxiety would go away.

I forgot to tell you that my thyroid levels came back too high So they have decreased my dosage. My muscles aren’t so achy and I actually think I feel a little better overall.
It’s kind of scary isn’t it! If we could only quit paying attention to our bodies! In my mind it is like watching a documentary on “what if “ I’m trying hard to change how I react. Not always successful but getting better.
Good. Never give up and keep trying.
We could change the rules of the game to “what if I could go to the movies and not have anxiety or what if I could not give anxiety any attention for just an hour!😊our head movies might be more productive.
