Does anyone else feel this? Had coffee last 2 days and am shaky, dizzy and constantly clenching teeth. Causing major anxiety and fear I am about to drop dead. Any advice

Avoid caffeine at all costs!! It's a major stimulant and increases the release of adrenaline. Even a lot of decaf coffee still contains a reasonable amount of caffeine, despite claims of being 'decaffeinated'. For some people, chocolate can also be a problem as it too contains a stimulant. Good hot drinks that soothe are chamomile tea, or you might like to try rooibos which is totally caffeine free. I see Starbucks have just added 2 new rooibos beverages to their menu, btw! Hope this helps!

Thank you for your responses!

today has sure been a day full blown panic attack feeling shakes and pins and needles on one side of body glad to be home! I haven’t been taking my Zoloft properly also due to busy schedule etc and I feel maybe it has to do with Withdrawal of it maybe.

The fear I was having a stroke or aneurysm was crazy

How does your Zoloft work? I picked up the prescription and I'm afraid to take it!

Caffeine and sugar are fuel for anxiety. The best thing I've done for treating my anxiety and panic was to significantly reduce sugar and caffeine. Add some basic exercise and you will double the benefit. Sometimes the best solutions are within our control. Good luck ✌️

Try avoiding caffeine no matter what. I was drinking a lot of coffee before and it was making me anxious and I was all the time worrying and feeling weak. I stop drinking coffee and tea for 1.5 years now and that helps me a lot. try to avoid it
