Hi everyone, I've been waking up a 5pm each morning and can't get back to sleep so in the end I just get up and try and keep busy. Once I'm up I keep getting the shakes and I can't get rid of them until about 8am when it's almost time to go the work. come lunch time i'm so tired. Does anyone else get this and what do you do to control the shaking? xx
