Question regarding heartbeat

I’m getting to the point where I’m pretty well on my way to recovery however I have one question.

Is it possible that with my anxiety disorder, my heart rate increases easier when it comes to physical tasks. I visited my old school and did a good bit of walking and my heart rate was very high and I was kind of dizzy.

(For those of you who have not read my previous posts, I’ve been cleared of any heart problems by a cardiologist).
