Fast heartbeat

Does anybody get fast heartbeat off of little movement? Earlier today I went up the stairs and my heart was beating so fast I feel so out of shape

Yes this is like me everyday...i only have2 change position n my heart beats so hard n fast

Yes, I get this too. Sometimes I wake up from intense dreams with a fast heart beat.

Am on metpure xl25 for controlling palps but if am getting a nightmare or a dream whatever the odd feelings i got in the dream i wake up with a vibrating heart (i name it like this bcoz its not hard just smaller fast beats) n some mins later its normal

Me everyday!!!! It’s horrible! Made me depressed. I just started Zoloft today so I hope that helps. Anyone on meds?

Zoloft is an anti depressant n it got side effects too..goggle it..i am on metpure xl 25 for controlling palpitation..this march a visit to my cardiologists n this time he will off my medication as am trying to control by myself since my palpitation is just anxiety..its nthg heart related..all tests proved am healthy

All my tests are normal too. Holter, echo, ekg, chest ct, venous Doppler, CXR, labs, everything normal. I have anxiety bad but I kept thinking I had a serious heart problem and I became depressed! I took the Zoloft this morning and so far no side effects but I’m sure it’s too early to tell so we’ll see.

I can not say i am a hypocondriac as i mainly fear heart related issues and stroke and diabetes (its daily)..other illnesses do not really matters to me (yeah i would say minimal like any common people who do not have health anxiety)
