I am indeed grateful for the support I have been receiving from this group. I am recovering daily but does anyone feel their head swaying when it's not supported. It feels like there is a heavy load on my head. It is worse when standing or sitting without support. I am a lecturer and school resumes in August and I don't want to embarrass myself in the presence of my students. Pls any suggestion is welcomed. Much love

So sorry you're going through this. I haven't felt that exactly but there's been a few times for no reason that I've felt off balance which only happens when my anxiety is up. Have you talked to your doctor about it?
I would consider strengthening your core neck muscles via stretching and exercises. Physical therapy might be something to consider.

Thanks mad town Dan, what kinda of exercise do u suggest please

I would just Google strengthening exercises for the neck, you will find tons of good links. Your core muscles weaken as you age if you dont do some form of weight lifting/yoga/physical therapy, particularly for men based on what I've read.
