SWAYING 24/7

A lot of people had mentioned about having dizzy episodes that come and go.

But has anyone had these feelings 24/7? So the only time it's gone is when you're asleep?

It's hard to describe which is the biggest problem.

It feels like you are physically swaying, back and forth or left to right. And it varies.

I find, if I sit and really zone in on the sensations that it gets worse, and it's as if I'm moving more violently.

It's like my eyes play a part too, as if things are moving.

And then that's when the panic ensues cause I'm scared I'm going to faint or something.

I'm top of this 24/7, I also have sudden dropping sensations and headaches.

Does anyone else have this sort of thing?

I'm starting to think I'm alone in this.

Doctors have done CT scans and things But don't know what's wrong.

I'm hoping the balance clinic will give me an answer.

You’re not alone Lucy. The movement in your eyes is called nystagmus and it’s all part of vertigo and vestibular issues. Here’s a page you can join on Facebook and you’ll be amazed how many people suffer from this condition. For some people it comes and goes and for some it’s 24/7. Join this page on Facebook and ask about your symptoms there and watch how many people will also say that they as well suffer from 24/7 dizziness.

OMG! I am going through the same thing you are going through. I've been dealing with this since last week and It's driving me nuts. I don't know it's from lack of sleep, bad posture, or I'm coming on my menstrual cycle soon.

I want to go to the emergency room but my mom told me that she was going to set up doctor's appointment for her, me, and my brother. But I really need to go so I can find out what's the matter with me.

I'm afraid too that I might pass out or have a brain tumor. So much fear ugh.

Anyways, I hope me and you both find the answers to our problems.

Lots of love, hugs, and positivity to you! :)

I have been dealing with this for about a year. This feeling was a lot worse for me before I started taking 10 mg of amytryptaline which has helped. I get this feeling more when I am not moving and in fluorescent lights. I know now that I will not pass out so I do not panic which helps. For me I think it could be hormonal since it’s worse around my period or vascular headaches because I do get headaches a little nausea with it. Some days I don’t even notice it so I am enjoying life with it for now. Acceptance and knowledge that this will not kill me along with meds have helped quite a bit.

Yep, I've had that. Crazy thing about stress and anxiety is it can cause all kinds of things to feel off. No rhyme or reason to it either. Just one symptom to the next, whatever you focus on will be the strongest.

I have been like this for almost 3 months 24/7 since my last bad panic attack. Is not as severe as lets say a month ago but is still here 24/7 very much annoying and very uncomfortable. I was also dealing with derealization which now that is somewhat gone. Now I'm just left with these symptoms which seems like I'm slightly making progress. Slowly getting better I deal with this symptoms 24/7 but I am nowhere near how I was a month ago which is good!!
