Panic!!

Ok so at work today, I had this strange set of on/off dull/mild cramps on my lower left abdomen area but after almost 2 hours it slowly disappeared.. I asked around and googled (probably shouldn't have done that) and have been told I may have diverticulosis, kidney stone, hernia, crohons, colon disease, and on and on... I then had a panic attack in the backroom and stayed there for about 15 until I finally calmed down and started to feel ok again... An hour and a half later, by closing time, I walked out fine... I am glad I'm fine now but still worried... it's the little things that my anxiety turns into the worst case scenario.. if there's literally anyone out there who can relate please message me. Thanks
