Hey guys. There is this free exercise group at the gym which I’m allowed to join and I’m supposed to try it out tomorrow. And I really wanna go!! I feel like it would be good for me to get out and be active. But I’m dreading it, (as always with activities that include any other person except myself), and I’m really worried it’s gonna stop me from going. So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of how I can motivate and push my self to go?? Thanks

Get any kit you need ready today so that you can't use not having it ready as an excuse not to go tomorrow.
When you do go try to concentrate on what the instructor is showing you so that it takes your mind off your nervousness. Dont forget that other people will be feeling the same way as you so don't think that you are the only novice.
Try to enjoy it, it is arguably the best thing to treat anxiety, so if you concentrate on the good that it will do you then you should be OK.

I also wanted to go to classes at the gym, it took me months to get the courage to go. Once I walked in and said I wanted to just watch for the day so they gave me a chair. After a little bit, I realized how nice everyone was, I joined in. I understand how you feel, but pleas give it a try, let me know how it works out for you please
