Feeling awful

my head feels wierd like tite and foggy feeling mixed with dizziness a bit and my vision seems so wierd like unreal feeling and dream like i feel like im dead and i dont even know everything seems unreal like im not living it . how i use to be now everything seems so strange now also everything in my body like my pulse and heart keeps accelerating fast for nothing my pulse every where beating fast and heart its like for no reason aswell like i can sit down get up and move and i feel everything in me is trying to speed up on me my heart and pulse i dont know ehat is this but its worrying me feeling like im going to die because it happens mostly everyday 24/7

Hang in there. I know how that is very well. The best thing you can do is try and ignore it, don't react to it

is it all anxiety it feels like something is wrong .

yeah i feel like i died or my eyes sight just strange like unreal like im not living its crazy.

Totally understand. I just have to keep reminding myself that it's just an elusion. I point out things in my day (ppl, things at work, etc.) just to stay present. I usually have this feeling when I don't sleep good at night or have a night terror.

My eyes seem like it be fading sometimes to, my heart seems like it's beating unusual as well and the dying part it's always the worst, it's a shame but anxiety will do it to you, I just say take it one day at a time, the more we fight it the less we worry about it, this will become a thing of the pass

Sounds like a mixture of stress and anxiety. I have had both and with stress I felt light headed, had pressure at the front of the forehead constantly and spaced out like I was in a bubble and that everything was moving in slow motion. I went for clinical hypnosis to help with the stress which helped me a lot and my GP has put me on Citalopram. In addition I have been doing meditation and use the app Head Space which helps me with both stress and anxiety. I suggest you give the clinical hypnosis and try using the app Head Space as they have both helped me.
