claire weekes books?

hi all ive heard alot of people mention claire weekes books for help with understanding anxiety so i wanted to buy one but theres so many, can anyone recommend one plzz?

I bought Dare Workbook New Brave Tools to End Anxiety by Barry McDonagh. Looking forward to start reading it. It arrived yesterday.

Tasha78, the Claire Weekes book to read is the first one in which she outlines what causes anxiety and the method that has led to recovery for so many.

In the U.S. the book is titled 'Hope and help for your nerves' whilst in the U.K. the same book is titled 'Self help for your nerves'.

It's quite a short book devoid of scientific terms. You will soon recognise yoursekf in its pages, some people feel the author must have known them and is talking directly to them.

The book(s) is available on both amazon.com and amazon.co.uk both new and used: you can pick a used one up for a few dollars/pounds plus postage.

thank you jeff, im in the uk and ive just ordered it from amazon, should be here in a few days, hopefully it'll give me a better understanding of anxiety because the whole thing is new to me and abit confusing to be honest, ill let you know how i get on with it, thanks again 😊

certainly helped me, I am trying to deal with my own PTSD, and dealing with a bipolar partner, off medications, but sometimes I really miss the help they gave me to remain Blaise about the carry on he puts me through.

sorry your going through a rough time, ive been on meds about 6 weeks so wanted to try the books in addition to them, it must be really hard trying to help your partner while your going through so much yourself x
