I came across this audio of Claire Weekes last night whilst looking for some videos on anxiety and as I started to listen in bed with my eyes closed it felt like I was in a personal therapy session, she was describing myself so much. Her voice relaxed me so much I actually fell asleep half way through so I’m now going to finish where I left off.
I never did get around to ordering the books but I definitely will now.
Just thought I would share the link and see what other people think.
