I'm happy to be able to my aunt Judy today after a few years. I'm finally have a condo I'm not ashamed of where I'm living. Have always lived in not so nice of places due to being on disability. Plus I will be able to go for another hike with my mom and aunt on Tuesday at snow canyon in utah. Hoping to get some cool pictures again. Taking with phone will be tough but hope to get some nice photos. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!! Have a blessed day😎🙏😀😄

Wonderful. Propanolol at the right dose has clicked for you. Have a nice trip to aunt Judy. This medicine will keep you alright for a long time (personal experience) and the break it will give to the brain will help it “self cure”. Keep moving and keep busy. Take care

It did. It was wonderful. My phobias, palpitations, wet palms, all typical symptoms finished with it. It was long time back. That really helped me get to my feet and strengthen my will power.

Oh that's awesome!! So glad you had good experiences with it too. Its funny cause the guy Mr Souza isn't even a Dr he's a psych nurse!! I call him Dr cause its easier. He's helped me more than any other Dr I've seen in 45 years!! Its very cool. He's very helpful and a great person too. What's so nice is that he was able to help me without having to take a benzodiazepine med. Anyhoo, thanks for your message! Do you still take it today?

Sorry for delay in responding. Not frequently but occasionally. As i told you it helped me build my own resistance and will power in the two years that i used it. REMEMBER it cannot be stopped abruptly, it must be tapered off (if at some stage you decide to leave it).
