Hey my names Lauren I was just looking for some advice really 😊 I've had anxiety for a while now and recently it's been pretty bad but I just wanted to know if some of the symptoms I've had are definitely anxiety. I've been told it can sometimes have a physical impact on you but I just wanted to make sure.
I've been feeling dizzy, weak and very unbalanced it almost feels like my head is in a bubble😂 or I'm wearing a new pair of glasses😂... I often feel breathless as well and I'm feeling quite nervous regularly. When I'm actually having a panic attack I get chest pains and really bad head aches. Is all of this normal? ?😂
