Not sure if I’m the only one but as I’m about to drop off to sleep I get a sudden sense of fear and I jolt awake. Then every time I try and sleep it happens again and then my mind starts over thinking!
I start thinking the worse possible thing (of course) and then I can feel pain and stuff!! 🤔
Anyone else?

Hey, I’m going through the exact same right now happens most nights it’s annoying, try not to worry about it to much. Hopefully it passes and you get to sleep.
Yes i get this. Going through this now for the past several nights. Soon as Im apparently about to go to sleep I feel this intense falling sensation and fear or wave hit my head like Im dropping and it jolts me out my sleep. And usually its followed by a fast heart beat until I calm down. And then sometimes ill feel this wave of adrenalin rush through to my head. And by then Im anticipating that a panic attack is coming if thats not what that already was. But every night like clock work this happens atleast twice before I actually or finally fall asleep for sure. But its like the dropping sensation scares me. I wonder if thats a normal sensation that we supposed to feel which is basically our bodies telling us we are on the way to sleep.
This happened to me last night/this morning! I felt like I was in such a panic this morning I literally thought I was going to die it was such an awful feeling 😞
