Night time anxiety

My sleeping pattern is starting to mess up again. I don't get it. I was starting to do so good, not the best but better and I was getting a good nights sleep. It's like I'm going backwards with everything including anxiety.

Try my camomile lavender milk tea recipe. Maybe it might relax you and help you sleep.

I would love to. I have some camomile tea, maybe I'll drink some in the mean time. How do you mix your tea?

If you only knew how often over the pas 19 months I've said I feel like I'm going backwards.....the nausea was a #10 all yesterday. I was still awake at 530am today, no sleep, got up at 745 and nausea is #11.....hubby gone all day, no relatives in town, no neighbours I could ask to come in or sit with me for a while.....praying panic doesn't hit BAD. I'm so scared, I keep thinking stomach cancer yet I did ALL the tests a yr ago. I can't eat but have pills to take. No one knows what is causing it.....Im resting my hope on naturopath right now, but don't know if I'll get her shakes into me.....will go back to nabilone today. I wonder if anyone else on here has a terrible overwhelming feeling they are going to die, OR not ever get better. Nausea and fear are my companions right now. I don't know what country you are in, but in our grocery stores in in Ontario, in the tea section and bulk stores you can buy Sleepy Time tea....some say it helps them. You could also go to health food store and try valerium for anxiety ....I took it for a whole yr many yrs ago.....what doesn't help some may help others

you are so lucky some things help you. I was still up at 5:30am with the nausea, and it is draining me...took a prescip. med for it but nothing.....also made a very small shake from naturopath...normally the nausea will go away but not yesterday or today....have had all tests MD can think of....am so hopeless and alone....most think it is anxiety that causes it but this is very different and specific. Hubby gone til very late tonight. Will go lay down

It's unfortunate you have to go through that. Have you tried crackers or salty dry food to sort of settle your stomach?

you have no idea, cooked white rice, dry rice cereal, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, burned toast, crackers....there is no rhyme or reason to this....all I know I did not have this until the withdrawal fro Paxil.
