I still haven't talked about the childhood traumas that makes me this way but im getting there, still trying to get control of my emotions, i still get angry, feel rage and sometimes just blank no feelings whatsoever but i actually have hope that i will get better.

SweetSymphony, I don't know you and I don't know the reasons for cutting (although one of my daughters and a grandson went through a period of cutting themselves) but I bet I'm right when I say you have done nothing to be ashamed of in your life to deserve being cut.
I'll repeat that: you don't deserve to be cut. You have every reason to respect yourself and your body does not deserve to be punished by cutting. May I suggest you respect yourself and your body more and decline from self harming.
Whatever disturbs your mental well-being is not due to anything bad you have done, it is probably due to bad things others have done.
Do not let those who have misled you and offended against you to subject you to self harming. Don't let them succeed in harming you in this way.
Remember, you are someone special in this world and your self love and self respect should be great enough to prevent you from self harming which achieves nothing and serves no real purpose.
It's good that you're in group therapy which will hopefully help you manage the anger you sometime feel more effectively and I wish you good peaceful mental health in the years to come.
Thank you, yes you're right i wasn't the oneat fault and my body does not deserve the scars im trying to make myself understand that

Hi. Good that you have hope to get better. Desire to feel you can be in a better place shows that you know that your behavior can improve. Around cutting, few people can improve alone. Thankfully there are counselors and consultants who know how to help. Please feel encouraged to look into your local health center or hospital for suggestions on who to contact
I have im seeing a therapist twice a week and i also went to a local group therapy for young adults who selfharm
